Each at-home visit is billed for the first full hour, with additional time charged in half-hour increments.

  • Resolution of Issues

While we strive to resolve every issue, some problems may remain unresolved due to the complexity of technology, time constraints, or the nature of the issue.

We dedicate our full expertise and effort to each job, but we are upfront about the reality that not every problem can be fixed during a single visit. This is rare but possible, and we appreciate your understanding that labor costs still apply even if the isssue is not corrected to your satisfaction.

  • Missed Appointments
    If you are not home at the agreed time and fail to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will still be charged for the first full hour of the visit.

By outlining these terms, we aim to maintain transparency and provide you with professional and honest support services.

 

  • Billing Structure
    Each remote support session is billed for the first half hour, with additional time charged in half-hour increments.
  • Missed Appointments
    If you do not answer our call at the agreed time, and we attempt to reach you multiple times without success, you will still be charged for the first half-hour of the scheduled session.

    Connecting via Quick Assist

  • First-Time Attempts:
    If this is your first time using Quick Assist and we are unable to establish a connection, you will not be charged for the attempt.
  • Established Connections:
    If we have successfully connected in the past or have met in person to set up Quick Assist on your computer, labor charges will apply even if the connection is not successful during a subsequent session. This is because we ensure that everything functions correctly on our end and cannot take responsibility for issues arising on the customer’s computer between visits.
  • Issues on Our End
    If the connection fails due to an issue on our side, you will not be charged for the remote support session.

By adhering to these terms, we aim to ensure fair and transparent communication while delivering reliable remote support.

 

Remote Support with Visingso IT Using Quick Assist

All Windows installations since Windows 10 come with Quick Assist, a secure application that allows one computer to connect to another for support purposes. Here's how a remote support session with us works:

  • Scheduled Call
    At the agreed time, you'll receive a call from us.

  • Enter the Code
    We'll provide you with a six-digit code to enter into the Quick Assist app. This allows us to see your screen.

  • Control Permission (Optional)
    If screen sharing is sufficient, we're good to go! If you need us to take control of your computer, you’ll need to explicitly allow it.

  • Your Privacy is Protected
    We can only connect to your computer during the session and with your consent. Once the session ends, we cannot reconnect without your approval.

Quick Assist ensures a secure and efficient way for us to help you, all while maintaining your privacy and control.

Support At-Home

  • 699 SEK per hour (VAT included)
  • Every home visit is charged for the first full hour.
  • After the first hour, time is billed in half-hour increments for the duration of our visit.
  • RUT Deduction: With the RUT deduction, the labor cost is reduced to just 350 SEK per hour.

  • 350 SEK per hour
  • Remote support is charged in half-hour increments, making it an affordable option for quick fixes.
  • For small issues that can be resolved in under 30 minutes, the total cost is just 174.9 SEK.
  • Remote support is convenient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly—an ideal choice for most of our customers.
